Naked Moleskin:
I’ve posted Raleigh’s original weekday workout a few times and it’s always tough. I’m honored to get the chance to lead at BB, I hope this workout met expectations. I think I woke up about every hour this morning in anticipation.

Ball Bearings has been great for picking up new exercises. I’ve gotten quite a bit of mileage out of BALLS that I learned from Science & Math (this reads much better than what I originally typed). Blue Crush’s 11s with WW1s and Burpees and My Boy Blue’s field exercises have made multiple appearances in my workouts as well. Running the Washington Loop for warm ups was straight out of Popeye’s last Q.

FNG Special came hard with his ECU fandom; he’s lucky I have a personal distaste for arch sports rival nicknames, otherwise he might’ve been Tuffy. Greenville born and bred, he works with auto auctions and his first concert was .38 Special. Tape Deck brought him out and was adamant that he not have such a cool nickname. So we shortened to “Special”, which turns out to be a much better name.

Special and Quagmire both admire Greenville BBQ, one of them admires it more than the other. They went to rival high schools, too; maybe I could’ve made a naming exception for that.

It’s hard to Q and catch all the mumble chatter, but I understand if you need a t-shirt to last twenty years, contact White Shoe. Somebody tell Larry David.

8 for Coffeeteria with special guest Chippendale, doing his best “male nurse model” impersonation.
Thanks for the coffee and the opportunity, White Shoe.
This was my fifty-first #F3Q21 #2021Challenge Q (fifty-third overall). Next Q is Friday at Rolling Stone (Ruck) in Carpex.
