Main Event:
Partner up for BALLS. One partner cycles through Burpees x10, American Hammers x20, Lunges x30, Little Baby Crunches x40, Squats x50. Second partner runs up to far end of parking lot and back. Flapjack. Each partner runs three times.
Mosey behind Community Center building to back wall for Balls to the Wall (10 count down the line), People’s Chair with Wax On Arms x20 IC, Australian Mountain Climbers x20 IC
Mosey to playground for Jack Webbs
Mosey to front basketball court for Partner Suicides. Partner one performs exercise while other partner runs to middle of both courts and back then to far end of far court and back. Flapjack. First round exercise: WW1s; Round 2: Squats; Round 3: Merkins

I went in thinking the workout would be decent, but based on all the antsy runners I feel like the workout wasn’t hard enough. Warm Ups too long? Simply not enough running? Maybe next time.
