Prologue:
This is Q #4 of my unofficial 2021 Q Challenge. I’m shooting for at least 21 Qs at 21 unique AOs.
Yesterday I was the Q at Dawn Patrol and led what I thought would be a good beatdown, but a lot of PAX seemed to have plenty of gas left in the tank at the end.
When I first signed up to Q Late Night, I had already planned to run the JY Joyner loop just to do something different from my last Q here. After Dawn Patrol I definitely wanted to push a little harder.
I posted Ball Bearings a couple of weeks ago for a Blue Crush Q with 11s of WW1s and Burpees and decided that would definitely take things up a notch. I had to modify then. My fingers were crossed that being on the spot would push me to complete the whole thing as Q.
I figured the Jacob’s Ladder from my last Late Night Q would be another solid tent pole for the workout and with some other stuff mixed in we would be good.

Warm Up:
Side Straddle Hops x20 In Cadence (IC)
Good Mornings x10 IC
Imperial Walkers x20 IC
Sir Fazio Arm Circles x10 IC Forward, x10 IC Reverse
Monkey Humpers x10 IC
Standard Merkins x10 On My Down (OMD)

Main Event:
Mosey down Greenway toward Kiwanis Park. Stop at the bridge for Bat Wings (crowd favorite!)
Mosey to Noble Road for 11s of WW1s and Burpees (YHC hesitated to pick burpees but went with it, also a fun Exicon discussion with the PAX about WW1s v WW2s)
Mosey to JY Joyner loop off Lowden Street for impromptu 5s of Squats and Star Jumps (Mosey back was too long not to have a break, but not enough time for planned Jacob’s Ladder)
Mosey to Franzia’s house for impromptu Monkey Humpers x10 IC (Thanks for the suggestion, Punch List)
Mosey back to start for Mary (sorry, Jacob’s Ladder)

Mary:
Little Baby Crunches x20 IC
Hello Dolly x20 IC
Homer to Marge x20 IC
Dying Cockroach x20 IC
Have a Nice Day

COT:
14 PAX
Pigpen recommends working out at different AOs, that’s how I found out about the wonderful Bat Wings
Science & Math is encouraging us all to try to bring out an average of 2.1 FNGs this year
Prayers unspoken
Billy Goat took us out

Naked Moleskin:
I’m not sure which is worse: Jack Webbs or Bat Wings? I went with the Bat Wings today since the greenway off the path was so soggy. It was fun to introduce a new exercise to the group. The exercise itself, not so much.
Maybe the 11s should have been 7s so I could have fit in that Jacob’s Ladder.
This was my fourth #F3Q21 #2021Challenge Q. Next stop is The Crucible on 1/18 (Monday, MLK Day).
