This has turned out to be my third Q of the week and marks my triumphant return to Juggernaut! Well, triumphantly remembering my shoes that is.
To mix things up I decided to go to My Boy Blue’s Q at Ball Bearings on Wednesday to 1) challenge myself and 2) steal an exercise idea or two.

Warm Up:
Side Straddle Hops x20 In Cadence (IC)
Good Mornings x10 IC
Imperial Walkers x20 IC
Sir Fazio Arm Circles x10 IC Forward, x10 IC Reverse
Monkey Humpers x10 IC
Standard Merkins x10 On My Down (OMD)
Mountain Climbers x10 IC (American Mountain Climbers, as the PAX pointed out)
Downward Dog calf stretches

Main Event:
Mosey up to soccer field and partner up for some of what My Boy Blue had us do at Ball Bearings on Wednesday:
-Partner 1 runs width of field while partner 2 does As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) of an exercise. Flapjack when Partner 1 returns. Exercises were Merkins, Squats, Burpees. Hold between each for the 6.
-Mosey to fence at long end of field. Everyone plank. When YHC says go, all sprint to far end of field and plank hold for the six. Repeato x3
-Partner 1 runs width of field while partner 2 does AMRAP of an exercise. Flapjack when Partner 1 returns. Exercises were Carolina Dry Docks, Reverse Lunges, Man Maker/Plank Jack Burpees. Hold between each for the 6.

Mosey back down hill to park entrance road for a rock work/Jacob’s Ladder combo:
-Partner 1 runs back up hill to start Jacob’s Ladder. Partner 2 does an AMRAP rock exercise while waiting for Partner 1 to return to bottom of hill. When P1 returns, flapjack. P2 does one burpee at the top as well. When P2 returns, P1 does round 2 of Jacob’s Ladder (two burpees as top) while P2 starts a new rock exercise. Keep going until we run out of time. This ended up being around the end of round 5 for both partners. Rock exercises were: Curls, Overhead Press, Bent Over Row, Triceps Extension, Chest Press on your six. Return rocks and return to start for an abbreviated Mary

Naked Moleskin:
I think the “borrowing” of Blue’s exercises was successful. I usually avoid too much running, which is why I felt I should do it. After Qing quite a few Doras over the 2020 Challenge (and even Monday) I was pretty happy with the change. I hope the PAX agree.
