It’s the moment you’ve all been anxiously awaiting. The first edition of the Old Testament Challenge. Founded by Bob Vila, the OTC is completing 5 of F3Raleigh’s toughest weekday workouts in the same week. The official challenge will take place roughly once a month on a designated week. The challenge will push you physically and mentally. The fartsack will call your name, but you must ignore it. Here is the rundown of the first official OTC.

Monday – Gideon, MacGruber Q. This is a ruck workout. If you need a ruck, there are plenty floating around among the PAX. Or just find a backpack and throw 6 bricks in.

Tuesday – True Grit, Vila+Nessman Co-Q. 

Wednesday – The Blitz, Nessman 2 year Anniversary Q. Gnard Dogg and Cut Me Mick have extra KBs if you need one.

Thursday – The Judge, MacGruber Q. Intentional cross-over with the 5 Points Triple.

Friday – Tahoe, YoYo Q. Good luck with this one.

Upon completion, PAX should celebrate by buying their own bagel. Attendance at Happy Hour is also highly recommended to properly solidify their accomplishment. T-shirts will be made once we have at least 12 finishers. The next challenge is TBD so don’t wait around.
