Announcements – Mule on March 5. Meet Carroll Middle School at 0545. Starts at 0600 / The Bull in Durham March 12. Same format as the Mule. Run for the roses this week. Start to look at the Second Empire Run Series to get in some miles. Events held every other week.

Prayer requests – YHC was reminded (again) this week just how quickly things can change with your health. All good now… but was a loud reminder that it’s not always good for others and one day it may/will be me. Be there for others, encourage them and lift them up in your prayers.

Moleskin

  • not much talking today. just hard work from the PAX
  • YHC started off the first count as a silent count. Not sure why I did that… but it threw the PAX (and me) off. Quickly got back on track…
  • Superstar continues to impress. He’s there every step of the way…often out front. Strong work for an 11 year old. What are you feeding that kid, Grady?

Always a pleasure.
