F3 RALEIGH — WHO’S READY FOR A REAL CHALLENGE? 🏔️💪
Brothers,
We’re putting together a crew of 20+ F3 Raleigh men for the Xtreme Character Challenge (XCC), October 15–18 in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Life is busy. Work is demanding. Families need us. Calendars stay full. And that is EXACTLY why a weekend like this matters. XCC is an opportunity to get away from the noise, get into the mountains, challenge yourself, and invest in the man you want to be — physically, mentally, spiritually, and relationally.
This isn’t a conference. This isn’t sitting in a hotel ballroom listening to speakers. This is an adventure. A challenge. And an opportunity to come back better than you arrived.
Our goal is simple:
20+ F3 Raleigh men. One weekend. One mountain. One unforgettable experience.

Once we know who is going, we’ll coordinate transportation, carpools, logistics, and everything else to get our Raleigh crew to the mountains together.

Talk it up at COT. Talk it up at Coffeeteria. Talk it up on Slack. Talk it up at your other F3 social outings. There are plenty of men in F3 Raleigh who would benefit from this experience — they may just need another HIM to invite them.
Our goal is 20+, but there’s no reason we have to stop there.
We’re hoping this is just the beginning — something we can bring back, talk about, and expand throughout F3 Raleigh for years to come.
You already know F3 is about more than the workout.
