50x Side Stradle Hop.
15 burpies (in honor of Stark and working up to 39).
15 Good mornings.
Next headed to the stair master. 5 reps up and down steps followed by
30 x merkins and 30 x Freddie Mercury
5 more reps up and down steps followed by
30 x Merkins and 30 x Freddie Mercury.
5 x burpies at top of steps (now at 20 burpies).
Jog over to shelter for:
10 x burpies (now at 30)
20 x irkins
30 x dips (2 sets)
20 x dirkins
20 x box jumps
20 x left/right step ups
10 x burpies (now at 40, thank you Stark)
Quick Indian run around soccer field and close with Mary
3 minute plank variations.
