This is the sixth in a series of backblasts that YHC is writing a month or so late as I got caught up in Snowbird’s March Madness Challenge and Backblasts got put on the Back-burner.
YHC shuffled a few Qs in March to make space for March Madness posting. Excalibur was one I moved so I could post and then Q Tequila Sunrise. The move involved a double swap with a big scheduling assist from Shark Bait coordinating with Battery. I ended up scheduled to Q the morning after my final Q double down, but after the help I had received I decided to stick with it.

Main Event
1) Mosey to the shelter at the corner of First Ave and Knightdale Station and partner up for Dora 1-2-3 of Merkins x100, Little Baby Crunches x200, Squats x300. Runners run the dog leg to the storage room at the other end of the shelter and back.
2) Sevens (7s) across the width of the shelter. I don’t remember what exercises I called, but I do remember we bear crawled out and lunge walked back.
3) Mosey back to parking lot for Rack Em Stack Em (no unstacking): 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 Carolina Dry Docks, 40 Reverse Lunges.
Mary:
I can’t remember if we did Mary or not. I’m pretty sure we did not because there was no unstacking of the Rack Em Stack Em. Cobains.

Welcome FNG CHiPs, who started his law enforcement career in California. Iverson brought him out.
There were announcements and prayer requests, lost to the sands of time. Since Iverson posted, there was probably an announcement about F3 Wendell hard launching on May 1. The plan is to stagger the launch with guest Qs from other regions spread out over the first few weeks. Now that I think about it, I am sure this was an announcement.
Someone took us out.
Naked Moleskin:
It was great to see Moonshine, who I hadn’t seen in person in a few years. I’m not sure if I’ve ever posted with him. I happened to meet him at a nOg Run Club race (St Patty or Oktoberfest I can’t remember) and he commented on my F3 shirt.
It was really dark at Excalibur, much darker than “Dark Knight” in the evening. I thought I knew the place, but I switched up my plan as I didn’t trust myself to navigate us through the darker parts of the park successfully.
T-claps again to Shark Bait for helping me get my Q moved around, and Battery being open to swapping.
This was my twenty-ninth #F3Q21 #2021Challenge Q. I haven’t committed to any Qs yet, vacation for me starts tomorrow.
