This post serves as the backblast for North Hills Monday and for Metamorphosis Wednesday. It also serves as the preblast for the judge on tomorrow (9/25) and announcement for Floodzone (9/26)/

In the hazy gloom of Monday 22 Pax kept the mumble chatter to a minimum and split into 3 teams from a downpainment.

Warm up- 20x SSH, 12x imperial walker, 12x Mountain climber, 6x good morning. Jog to the playground.

Tha thang: each team starts at the bottom of the Sisyphus and is released in 1 min intervals to allow all PAX to complete the circuit unhindered.

The circuit: up sisyphus, btw 10-40 hand release merkins (depending on how long it takes the full team to arrive and complete 10) then 5 pull ups then 20 derkins, then back down. Burpees at the bottom until your full group reassembles. 3x. (burpees until all teams gather in parking lot)

Merry: 20x American hammer, 20x box cutter, 20x WW2, 20x LBC, 20x Reverse LBC, 20x Merkin.

Metamorphosis: 5 Pax found new ways to be awkward in the real urban jungle this morning.

Jog to the bus stop- 5x pull ups in the bus stop – 4x, Jog up the stairs, spiderman shimmy across the walkway railings to the parking deck, 10x merkins, line up and sprint up a ramp, 10x merkins, line up and sprint up a ramp, 60 sec plank-o-rama to catch breath, line up and sprint up a ramp, 5x diamond merkins, line up and sprint up a ramp, 10x wide grip merkins, line up and sprint up a ramp. Run back down the stairs to the bus stop. 5x pull ups – 2x, 20x step ups, 20x derkins, 20x dips, 5x pull ups 20x dips. Back up the stairs to the top of the deck. Plank at the top.

Merry: 20x American hammer, 20x box cutter, 20x WW2, 20x LBC, 20x Reverse LBC.

THE JUDGE PREBLAST:

Jog to ampitheatre: down the stairs and back up to the top of the walk way. 10x Merkin, 10x wide grip merkin, 10x diamond merkin, Spiderman shimmy down to the bottom of the stairs. REPEATO (3x total)

Run 1 full reedy creek trail loop from the amphitheater and back to the top of the walkway, shimmy down to the bottom of the stairs.

Next loop: climb up and over the wall back and forth along the length of the wall from the ampitheatre side to the vineyard area. Bear crawl the first leg between the vineyard and the wall then Jog around the rest of the edge of the vineyard area back to the beginning of the wall. Pay 50 LBCs -10 for each lap completed. If you can finish more than 5 laps you no longer pay LBCs.
