Prologue:
Today was my fifth and final Q for the True Grit Challenge Q. I hadn’t posted here in a couple of months, so I stopped by yesterday for some reconnaissance work. The rain really started to come down as I left, and it looked like my luck had finally run out for good weather Qs. It turns out the ground was wet this morning, but the weather was great.

COT:
4 PAX. Please be mindful of those struggling during the holidays, including yourself. New challenge for 2020: Q 20 different workouts in 2020! Prayers for Marley’s friend’s family.
YHC took us out.

Naked Moleskin:
While trying to come up with some witty title for this backblast, I learned that “Zero Hour!” is a 1957 movie that served as the inspiration for the parody “Airplane!” If you already knew this, pat yourself on the back.

I highly encourage everyone to Q. The more you Q, the better you get, and the responsibility is a great antidote to the fartsack. If you are worried about getting lapped by the faster PAX, guess what happened today? You’ll survive and be better for it.

Thank you to the gentlemen at True Grit who issued the challenge. I’ve really enjoyed it and look forward to the next Q challenge.
