AO: Max Bandwidth

Didn’t YHC call Number of the Beast just last week at Green Flash? Yes.
Didn’t YHC call Number of the Beast just yesterday? Yes.
Will YHC call Number of the Beast again today? Yes.
Will anyone notice? Probably not. Nobody reads backblasts.
After yesterday, I was concerned we might all collapse from heat stroke this morning. When I opened my garage door to head out this morning, I heard the rain and realized I wouldn’t need to drive an oversized water truck to Max Bandwidth. At least not an oversized one.
State the mission, check for FNGs (0), and give the disclaimer (this is important later).

1) Mosey to the entrance road from Durant Road to the elementary school for Number of the Beast: 6 stations, 6 rounds, 6 exercises, 6 reps per station. Merkins, Sumo Squats, American Hammers, regular Squats, Little Baby Crunches, and Burpees. Yard Sale pulled up with sharp back pain during the Sumo Squat round. Spit Valve kept him company for a bit until YS decided to head home. Prayers for minimal injury and quick recovery, brother!
2) Mosey back to the field, partner up and grab cinderblocks (one per partner pair) for AMRAP block exercises with partners taking turns running the width of the field and back. Curl, Overhead Press, Triceps Extension, Bent Over Rows, Overhead Shoulder Taps, Alternating Block Taps while in plank position (soon to be renamed Family Feud; I described it as “like buzzing in on Jeopardy! and Green Thumb pointed out it was more like Family Feud). Return blocks and mosey back to start for Mary.

Prayers for Yard Sale, prayers for In-Laws whose immigration to the US is almost complete, prayers for a mother’s recovery from surgery, other prayers unspoken.
BNE took us out.
Prayers again for Yard Sale, and T-claps to Spit Valve for stepping in.
Number of the Beast is my new Rack Em Stack Em, I guess. No PAX overlap between the workouts, though, so it’s all good. *wink emoji*
This was my fifty-ninth #F3Q21 #2021Challenge Q (sixty-first overall). Next Q is Saturday at Phoenix in Carpex. Will we Beast again? Probably.
Hey, if you made it this far, I’ll give a genuine American dollar to the first person who replies “The Beast, again?”. Here, Twitter, Strava, Facebook. Anywhere is good.
I still need to get Bouchér his one dollar from last time.
