100 Burpee challenge: Attempt 100 burpees in 6 minutes

When the 6 minutes was up, or when one had completed their 100 burpees, whichever came first, they finished with a full field recovery lap and plank back at start.  Congrats to the 2 PAX who completed the challenge… Assisi and Sweats.

50 Pull Ups at the playground:

All pax completed 50 pull ups (4 sets – 14 reps, 13, 12 and 11). We paired off, so each man had a spotter, and two pull up stations going with 4 PAX. The spotters did air squats while not spotting. While not at the pull bar, PAX cycled through the following exercises, repeating some of these more than once:

Jump lunges
Squat tuck jumps
Monkey humpers
Merkins
Dry docks
SSH
Plank with Robin Venturas

Back to the field for the almost Mile of Tears

Pax attempted to travel up and down the length of the field 16 times (8 round trip) (goal of 1600 meters), with a recovery plank between each round trip. The modes of travel were as follows:

1)         Sprint down and back
2)         Backwards run down and back
3)         Sprint down and back
4)         Bear crawl to the 50, crab walk to the end and sprint back
5)         Sprint down and back
6)         Sprint down and back

Thankfully, we ran out of time and were two trips short of the goal. I’ll make it up to the PAX next time.
