I was glad to finally get my Weekend Crick Q in after rescheduling back in March. I was also excited that Call Me Maybe, who usually posts Catalyst, might join us.

Warm Up:

Main Event
1) Mosey around the field to the bus loop
2) 7-11s in the bus loop: WW1s, 7 LBCs in the middle, Burpees. Pick Up the Six. Dabo finished early and did a railing walk around the trailer.
3) Mosey to the carpool loop and partner up for Dora 1-2-3 in the carpool loop: 100 Merkins, 200 Freddie Mercury (L-R=1 rep), 300 Squats
4) Grab a cinderblock for rock work. Cinder blocks including Mary. Curls, Triceps, Overhead, Bent Over Row, Block Taps, Flutters, LBCs, American Hammers, elevated Homer to Marge. First round x10 IC. Tried to fit in a second round x15 IC. Got about half way.

Smaller turnout than I expected, but Amtrak reminded me a bunch of Brier Creek PAX posted in Hillsborough to celebrate the 4 year anniversary of the AO that Nickelback started.
