This is my second trip to Garner. In an unplanned coincidence, this is my Centesimal (100th) post for the Darkside 2021 Challenge, and it’s at Centurion in Centennial Park. The high school nerd in me got a good laugh. The adult in me had to look up centesimal. High school nerd knew there would be a word for it, though.

Main Event
1) Mosey down hill to the senior center. 7s back up the hill. Hand Release Merkins and Star Jumps.
2) Mosey to picnic shelter for 10-20-0(?) pyramid(?) of Left-Right Step Ups, Irkins, Dips, Elevated LBCs, Derkins. You would be correct if you would say that is not really a pyramid. I didn’t want to spend too much time here, so I switched in one more round of twenty reps versus two rounds of 15 then 10.
3) Mosey to soccer field and partner up for alternating upper body and squat exercises while one partner runs the width of the soccer field and back. In no particular order…
Upper body exercises: Merkins, Plank Jacks, Carolina Dry Docks, Dive Bomb (Hindu) Merkins
Squat exercises: Squats, Imperial Squat Walkers, Reverse Lunges, Sumo Squats
Mosey back to shelter for Mary

It was nice to see some familiar faces from Monday, as well as meet some new guys.
Marky Mark is fast.
I was concerned about being too repetitive after my Monday workout at Garner Station, but getting out on the soccer fields helped.
I always love hearing where PAX get their names. It’s such an easy ice breaker. Gravity was named by New Mexico after G commented on using Gravity to his advantage at his first post. Jerk is a big Canes fan.
