Indian Run back to Rock Pile
Rock Work- 20 Curls, 6 step rock lunges, 15 overhead press, 6 lunges, 15 tricep ext, 6 lunges then repeat back to start
Chain Link: follow YHC one at a time from all plank start- PTL with star jump at each tip, back pedal, PTL with star jump each tip to BB court, then 4 corners- 10 burpees, bear crawl to next corner, 20 MCs, slide to next corner, 10 burpees, crab walk to next corner, 20 plankjacks, slide out of BB court, then run to wall by picnic table, 20 Carolina Dry Docs then People’s Chair until all complete.
