4 pax braved the 4:15 AM wake up call and ascended the parking deck for this morning’s installment of Top Shelf.  YHC was sporting a molester mustache that impressed all who attended.

The Thang:

Jog to top and back
SSH
Arm circles
Mountain climbers

Jog to corkscrew
5 burpees, one man sprints to top and does 10 pullups, then sprints to top and does 15 merkins, then back and does 20 dips, then back down for 25 jump lunges
Next man goes after 5 additional burpees
Plank until everyone is done
Repeat, reverse order

Row/RH pyramid – 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 (10 RH each time)

Merkin ladder suicides – 5, 10, 15, 20
