ACT 2: Chest Kicks: 2×20, Ab Crunches 2×10, Chicken Wings 4×20. Exeunt.

Act 2 was a truly gritty effort from Dufresne, who had to be drained several times from the effort and continued to struggle breathing. Prayers for healing. Dufresne continues to have a stronger heart than the best of us and each exercise shows it.
