As YHC pulled into the parking lot of the Fitness Center I noticed a new Truck pulled in behind me.  It  looked like my recruiting was starting to bear some fruit as Ryan May slid out of his truck.  The Muck was thick and it didn’t take long for the mumble chatter to pick up as a PAX of 8 took off for a beat down that was not “Nothin But a Good Time”…

The Thang…  Warm up lap around the field.  25 X SSH, 20 X Imperial Walkers, 20 Good Mornings, 20 Fazio Arm Circles

Run down to the Playground for a Circuit and partner up.  One partner runs while the other does the exercise.

Circuit 1: Squats, Durkens, TRX Swing Set Abs, Lat Pulls

Circuit 2: Pull Ups, Lunges, Murkens, WWIIs

40 yard Side field sprints X 8
