The Thang:
Started at the bottom of the parking lot and hit 18 parking spot lines and did 5 burpees at each line for a total of 90 burpees
Headed down to the bottom of Tar Heel Warrior Mountain and Bear Crawled all the way to the top of the parking lot
Headed down to the bottom of the parking lot and conducted 5 sprints with no rest to the top of the lot
Split into two groups and conducted travelling merkins 25 yards uphill down and back up the parking lot
Partnered up and executed the partner fireman’s carry uphill
Conducted 3 more uphill sprints no rest
