3 PAX wandered into the gloom at Kenny’s Grave. We began our workout in the jungle mist.  It was over 100% humidity yet somehow not raining.

2 laps around the track for a warm up.
Typical Warm up exercises with a few extra chest and should stretches which came in handy for the workout.

Bearway to Hell
Partner Work out
300 reps of:
100 Push-ups
100 Squats
100 WWII
PARTNER 1 bear crawls to cone and sprints back while partner 2 begins the 300 exercises.

Partner 1 then alternates to bear crawl while Partner 2 resumes count with 300 exercises.

Exercises can be done in any order until completion.

Partner MOUNTAIN CLIMB
3 rounds of 3 climbs on the steep hill  (Each runner ended up with 9 sprints up the hill)
Partner 1 runs the hill for 3 laps while
Partner 2 and 3 mountain climbs at the peak.  Alternate ab exercises at the top depending on exhaustion levels.
Alternate after 3 climbs.
3 rounds.
