Nutcracker corralled another FNG for the third straight week. We started off with a quick disclaimer for Gamecock.
Warm Up: Prior to circling up, we lined up single file and did the following through the parking lot: Karaoke x 2, Lateral Shuffle x 2, High Knees x 2, Butt Kickers x 2, Karaoke x 2. We then ran to the standard spot to continue warm up with: SSH x 20, Good Morning x 10, Fazio Arm Circles x 10 forward x 10 backwards, Good Morning x 15, Around the Clock Merkins starting with 12 and working counter clockwise down to 1.
Before hammering everyone too hard, we took 2 briskly paced laps around the track and then jogged over to the main school entrance. And then the fun began….. We partnered up with partner 1 performing exercises while the other partner ran a lap (with a twist down the hill). Each partner switched until the full set of reps for the called exercises was complete. First up was 200 squats and run/bear crawl down the hill. Next up was 150 merkins and run/crab walk down the hill. The following round consisted of 100 WWII’s and run/duck walk down the hill. Last, but definitely not least, 50 burpees and run/lunge walk down the hill.
