7 Pax rolled out of the gloom to join around the Flag,

Warmup: 20 Side Straddle hops, 20 Imperial Walkers, 20 Good mornings. Time to Jog over and find our favorite rock.

The Thang:

Round 1: Rock Swings x 30 sec, Blast off Muricans x 30 sec, Squats (heavy if you like) x 30 sec, Heavy Bent over Rows x 30 sec, Mountain Climbers x 30 sec, Hollow Body x 30 sec (Bilo added his own definition of “Blast Off” here).  With 30 sec rest after each exercise

Repeat this round 8 times with 5 seconds less rest each round so last 2 rounds are done without rest.

The Merry: We celebrated our completion of 8 rounds with a little heavy American Hammers and sharing our rocks.  10 count in cadence (sort of)

Time was close so hard sprint back to the flag for name-O-rama, announcements and prayer.  QIC also closed out what he began.  Remembered you MoonShine, the pax had your back.

Mole Skin: Glad to introduce the Blast off Murican and the Hollow Body to Excalibur! May we see it again.  Timing is everything to this workout and Ecclesiastes 3:1 tell us there is a time for everything under heaven.  Consider the season and chapter of your life you are presently enduring.  It will not last forever.  Stay alert to the changes as each season demands something different from us. So keep your nose down and get it done in this season and enjoy the blessings of this season.  It will change.
