Warm Up—-Lap up hill and around.  SSH X20, WM X10, AC X10, LSM X20

Mosey to the track.  17 line up single file THE NEXT EXERCISE IS Indian Bear Crawl.  17 deep on an indian bear crawl(think indian run.  instead of running bear crawl).  We made past the bridge heading to the meadowmont soccer field.  Note that it may make sense to have groups of 5 for the next indian bear crawl….17 was difficult to stay in rhythm but it was fun.

To the playground and get in 4 groups.

Group 1  —–  10 Pull Ups,     Group 2 Merkins,  Group 3 Carolina Dry Docks,  Group 4 Dips.  Pull up group signals a clockwise switch and we did 4 sets of these.  Finished up with 40 pull ups and however many Merkins, dips, CDD’s you could get.  Arm Swelling could normally signal who was pushing it but YHC and Coco were the only ones who honored the OCL tradition of NO SLEEVES.

Mosey to the field and partner up for 5 minute partner relays.  Parter 1 sprint to fence and back while partner 2 does Wojo’s.  Squats with hands slapping the ground.  Switch and keep for 5 minutes.

circle up midfield for some modified Mary.  2 PAX sprint the field and back to the center of the circle for 5 burpees when they are done next 2 are up and exercise switch.  Exercises were LBC, LBC, Bows to toes, Bows to Toes, WWII, WWII, LSF, 6 inch leg holds, Russian Hammers via coco to finish up.
