EC:  Java and Foghorn with vests

Warm Up:

1 – ½ mile jog

1 – ½ mile jog with step ups, Karaoke, SSH, Good Mornings, Fazio arm circles.

Run across the street to neighborhood – Partner up.  Wheelbarrow up the hill.   Run back down and switch.  Plank hold while waiting on everyone to complete.

Jog back to the ramp.   Partner Dora.  1 partner does the full ½ mile lap while other partner does his half of 100 Merkins, 200 LBC’s and 300 Squats.   Continue to swap after ½ mile lap.
