Murph (slightly longer run) 1.3 miles, followed by 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats (most did sets of cindy 5, 10 and 15) followed by another 1.3 miles

Mary till Pax all finished with Murph then:

Squat hold for 90 secs, LBC*20, 6 inch leg hold *20, Reverse LBC*20, Slow Mo Merkins*10
