Hoofed it over to the intersection of Oxford and Dunhill. Suicides up Dunhill using the lightposts as markers, 10 diamond merkins each time you stopped at a light pole.
Then at Medway and Dunhill a theme began to emerge. Suicides up Medway using the lightposts as markers, 10 hand-release merkins each time you stopped at a light pole.
We yogged it over to the entrance of JY Joyner Elementary for some Mary. Partner up. Do a lap while your partner does a called exercise, flapjack upon return.
– Burpees

– Imperial Walkers
– Merkins
– Squats
Head down to area behind JY Joyner where there is this large circular object perfect for dips and derkins. Thus, we did 11s.
Head back the way we came breaking it up with some burpees, wide-arms, squats, and merkins.
Some more mary in the lot before time was called.

Moleskin:
So, in trying to kill two birds with one stone I scouted out the AO on the way back from the movies after date night. Learn from my mistakes and don’t squeeze together a date night and driving around looking for things to do derkins on. Those two things should remain mutually exclusive.
Other than that this workout was perfect. I appreciated seeing Vector Victor and Mr Furley pushing it around the carpool circle lot area. Chippendale and Tiny Dancer led the way on the suicides and I trust that everyone’s form on the burpees was pristine.
