ASYSTOLE, on this rainy day workout started with some extra credit:
1) nice jog around municiple building with stretches and chit chat
2) sets of 15 v-ups, followed by lunge walks across top of parking garage [backwards and forwards], 15 merkins. Didn’t count sets, it was enough
3) nice jog back to start for some dips, step ups, and stretches.
Now for the real workout: ASYSTOLE
1) some of us jogged over to the elementary school, Riptide limped
2) 3 sets of: 15 count each of pull-ups and Bruce Lees, hop scotch (yes we did hop scotch), lunge walks down the track. 45 merkins (15 wide, 15 reg, 15 diamond), various things back down track (crab walks, frog jumps, bear crawls), more hop scotch.
3) another jog/limp. Ended with obliques, abdominal lifts, 6 inch leg holds, low plank hold jacks.
Overall a good time
