Following that, the PAX moseyed down to pile of Pain Sticks. Pick one. Partner up. P1 from bottom of stairwell up and down each level with Pain Stick on the shoulder for stairwell suicides. This was hard, trust me. Even if you don’t, we will do them again and you will be there. P2 American hammer. Flapjack. 2x times through. Tough stuff. YHC saw some white lights. Sticks down and over to side grass field. Partner wheelbarrow up the hill and jog back down and flapjack. Bear crawl as a group up the hill and jog down. Back to deck. Pick up pain stick and to deck ramp. As a group lungewalk 1/3 of the way up ramp with stick and jog back down. 10 merkens. 2x more times. Jog to next level of deck and up the stairs to top and across and back down stairs. Return your heavy buddy to pile. Jog over to fountain by town hall. 20x dips, 15x darkens, throw footballs at disc golf net, more dips. mosey back to start for mary around the horn.

NM: a week isn’t so bad is it? 4 pax trips me out each time its followed by something like 36 at SNS the next morning. Crazy difference. Asystole has never been to an am workout and thus never seen a group. Still, this is a great workout and more should try and make it. out.
