21 PAX showed up at Rameses on a beautiful morning. We had forgotten what cool temperatures even feel like but we are quickly reminded how wonderful they are. Today, we try to make everyone stronger. It can be hard to push such a diverse PAX since they are strong in different ways. So, YHC split the workout into half running and half heavy metal. Therefore, even if you are comfortable during one half, you probably aren’t for the other and therefore you grow. 3 FNG’s (!) so after a quick disclaimer:
Warmup:
SSH, Windmill, Imperial Walker, Mtn. Climbers, 10 Burpees

The Thang:
Split in half and the 1’s head to the bottom of Laurel Hill and then back up to OEC. The 2’s head to the OEC parking lot for some heavy metal. Stations include burpees, KB swings, KB goblet squats, Cinderblock press, dumbbell curls, CB tricep extension, ruck run to bottom of parking lot and back. Rotate after burpee PAX completes 10. 1’s and 2’s switch when the 1’s return from their stroll.
