THE THANG:
Mosey to the upper parking lot at Thomas Brooks Park (approx 0.25 miles)
Sharknado!?! (all exercises are single count)
- 15 burpees
- Run around parking lot (approx 0.17 miles)
- 20 diamond merkins
- Run around parking lot
- 20 WWII sit-ups
- Run around parking lot
- 20 merkins
- Run around parking lot
- 20 scorpion dry-docks
- Run around parking lot
- DO ENTIRE CYCLE 5 TIMES
Total of 75 burpees, 100 diamond merkins, 100 WWII sit-ups, 100 merkins, 100 scorpion dry-docks, and 4 miles of running.
Mosey back to the lower parking lot at Thomas Brooks Park
BURNT MOLESKIN:
- No need for WARM-A-RAMA when most of the pax show up 15 min early
- BS calls came early and often to move the beatdown to that cloud you call a turf field
- Awesome push by everyone doing The Sharknado for the first time and especially Otter crushing it at 16 and Largemouth leading the way…
- The Sharknado may have appeared to be a lazy Q but its actually an incredible measuring stick when done every now and then. If you didn’t finish 5 cycles today, push to go farther the next time.
- Really cool to watch the pax grow over the couple of times that I have joined at FOD over the course of the last year or so. From 8-9 to 12-15 and now 23. TClaps!
