A motivated 16 PAX were energized by the cool morning and ready to tackle whatever YHC had in store. As a frame of reference, YHC attempted to QIC this same workout regimen some months ago and the PAX (QIC included) were unable to complete it in time. But today? Total domination at a blazing speed. In other words, this is (semi-) scientific proof that the Cougar crew is getting much faster and stronger. Aye!

The Thang
The Quarter Crawl: in-cadence bear crawl for a 1/4 mile. In between the bear crawl sets, as the PAX made its way around the track, were a myriad of exercises. YHC could list them all, but they were the sideshow to the main event, so just think of every popular F3 exercise and then some and assume it was completed. After the full 1/4 loop had been completed, YHC looked at his watch and was amazed by how much time remained.

The Benches: Two sets of dips, a Peter Parker, and then two more sets of dips.

The Hill: Crabwalk to the top, then back down for Usain Bolts in groups of two until everyone has sprinted the hill. Finish up with a backwards run to the COT spot.

COT
No matter what stresses and drama we have in our lives, and no matter how much of our day gets focused on others, F3 provides us a constant – a time we get to dedicate to ourselves. And for that we’re appreciative.

Extra credit Ruck/Murph Cougar sessions are in the works. Starting time and duration to be determined.
