3 pax came and kicked some ass on a gorgeous Tuesday night. Banjo came in a bit late but YHC and Asystole ran the parking deck to kill some time (shocker). Banjo arrived and a brief warm up was had. On to the new rock pile by the railroad tracks. 20x curls, 20xboat/canoe, 20xrows, 20 hammers. Run to back of main street building and 5x bearcrawl to end of lot and run back followed by 10x plank around the horn (small horn-kazoo maybe). Good mumblechatter here and some about Callahan. He and his new workouts…do we really need that? Who knows..he thinks he does though..that is for sure. Back to it.
Run up main street to bank. 40 l/r step ups. 20x irkens. 20 hammers. Run around the block. 20x l/r step ups, 20 irkens, 20 boat/canoes (great exercise). Run back to rocks and 20x rows, 20x boat/canoes, 20 rows, 20 hammers. Back to start and Banjo led in 30x side oblique crunches, Asystole led in 20x ankle touches.
