Main Event:
Partner up for BALLS. One partner runs the parking lot loop while the other partner performs as many circuits as possible of the following: 10 Burpees, 20 American hammers, 30 Lunges, 40 Little Baby Crunches (LBCs), 50 Squats. Individuals are responsible for their own counts. When running partner returns, pause your personal count and run. Continue until both partners have run three laps.

Sevens across parking lot. Start with 1 Hand-release Merkin, 6 Star Jumps

Great start to the year, it was nice to see so many PAX starting the New Year right!
I picked up the Bat Wings and Criss-Cross V-Ups from Flintstone and Hershey Kiss last week while posting on vacation near Harrisburg, PA. It was nice to meet them and to get a couple of extra tricks in the Q bag.
No FNGs today, but Dabo shared with me his naming logic for Herman (after I had a hard time understanding his name in COT). Very impressive, the first one with four hops of logic that I can remember encountering.
This was my first #F3Q21 #2021Challenge Q. Next stop is Lame Duck on 1/8.
