Halloween brought out a new face for some morning pain. Welcome Brown Bag!
Warm-up: Headed over to the drainage area to grab some rocks and circled up for SSH x20, Fazio Arm Circles x10 forward x10 backward, Cotton Picker with rock x15.
On the jog back to the front of the school, the PAX partnered up. First round of exercises consisted of 1 legged burpess with the rock. The partners ran in separate directions around the parking lot until they met and did 5 reps. Once done, they ran in opposite directions until they met again for another 5 reps. This continued for rounds of 4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1 all with the rock.
Once the PAX was done with round 1, the next round consisted of broke back merkins in the same format for reps of 10, 10, 9, 9, 8, 8, 7, 7, 6, 6 still with the rock.
The last round consisted for 6 inch leg hold while rotating the rock from side to side for reps of 15, 15, 14, 14, 13, 13, 12, 12, 11, 11.
