- Each PAX crab crawls backwards with rock on lap to end of 1st court – stop and complete 10 Burpees OYO – crab crawl with rock on lap to end of 2nd court – stop complete 10 wide leg squat jumps in place – continue crabbin to end of 3rd court stop for 10 diamond merkins – continue crabbin to end of 4th court stop for 10 forward and reverse jump lunges in place

- Bear crawl back across all 4 courts to court 1
- Side shuffle to end – sprint back to rocks – opposite side shuffle past rocks – sprint back to end – bear crawl back across all 4 courts to rocks
