The Real Work:

  • Each PAX crab crawls backwards with rock on lap to end of 1st court – stop and complete 10 Burpees OYO – crab crawl with rock on lap to end of 2nd court – stop complete 10 wide leg squat jumps in place – continue crabbin to end of 3rd court stop for 10 diamond merkins – continue crabbin to end of 4th court stop for 10 forward and reverse jump lunges in place
  • Hold plank at end waiting on the six
  • Bear crawl back across all 4 courts to court 1
  • Side shuffle to end – sprint back to rocks – opposite side shuffle past rocks – sprint back to end – bear crawl back across all 4 courts to rocks
  • Hold plank waiting on the six
  • 10 merkins
  • Rinse & Repeat
  • Circle up for a round of Jack Webbs – originally planned for 8 x 32 – stretched it on out to 10 x 40
