I would say the fog was as thick as tomato soup in the gloom, but people were throwing croutons out of their windows.

As the Pax arrived, there was usual mumble of the quality of ACC officiating, the appeal of the CFP money for the conference, and lingering hamstring tightness from the beloved Lieutenant Dans from Friday.

Rotating between 8 stations including TRX stations for rows, presses, and curls, agility ladder, jump ropes, and a farmer’s carry with the beloved kilo timed via a runner around the parking lot. Rotate when the runner returns.

 

5 stations into the round, Village had to pull a Village and leave. YHC took the Q from here after finishing out the round.

 

When I Say Jump:

45 sec on, 15 sec off of movements, interrupted by random callings of “Up” (Star Jack) and “Down” (Burpee).
