Parking decks on this chilly and rainy morning, that is.  As wise Orwell once said “Rain, ok.  Cold, ok.  Rain and cold, no way.”  That profound statement, coupled with a 5am tweet from Epoxy threatening to abandon ship if we left the confines of the parking deck, made me rethink this morning’s plans.  13 brave PAX still showed up for the second installment of the newly relocated Ethanol.  Here we go:

Run around mall to lower-level deck by Kanki – PAX stand on end of parking space line for windmills, Sir Fazios, Good Mornings, merkins, nipplers, plank walk 4 spaces to right, mountain climbers, plank walk 2 spaces to left, plank jacks, plank walk 2 more spaces to left, wide grip merkins.  All x 20 with exception of wide grip x 5.  Sweating.  Profusely.

Head over to deck under Brio/Flemings for peoples chair and balls to wall x 20.

Run up deck and circle up for 14 minutes of tabata fun:

Warm-up x 2 Rounds
SSH x 20
Squats x 15
Merkins x 10
Walk-Outs OYO x 5
High Knees x 30 secs

Circuit 1 (4 mins without rest)
Burpees x 20 secs
Squat Holds x 10 secs
Merkins x 20 secs
Squat Holds x 10 secs

Circuit 2 (4 mins without rest)
Jump Squats x 20 secs
Plank x 40 secs
Alternating Lunge Jumps x 40 secs
Mountain Climbers x 20 secs

Run back to stairwell near start – squat hold then run up 3 flights of stairs for 10 single leg burpees OYO, right leg.  Back down stairs for more squat hold, back up for 10 burpees OYO, left leg.  YHC quickly came to the realization that the left leg much is much weaker, disappointingly.

Circle up by Panera for quick Mary, heels to heaven x 25.

Lots of announcements regarding Thursday and Friday workouts and schedule changes, bowling at the Alley on the 4th, F3 Connect next Wednesday with Tony Robbins, Sola Coffe 3rd F Mondays at noon.

Prayer request from Epoxy for parents that buried their 21 year old this week.  Love on those kids, folks.

YHC prayed us out by reading “Thanksgiving Prayer”, performed by Johnny Cash.  Happy Thanksgiving, ya’ll.

We’ve come to the time in the season
When family and friends gather near
To offer a prayer of Thanksgiving
For blessings we’ve known through the year
To join hands and thank the creator
And now when Thanksgiving is due
This year when I count my blessings
I’m thanking the Lord He made you

I’m grateful for the laughter of children
The sun and the wind and the rain
The color of blue in your sweet eyes
The sight of a high ball and train
The moon rise over a prairie
Old love that you’ve made new
This year when I count my blessings
I’m thanking the Lord He made you

And when the time comes to be going
It won’t be in sorrow and tear
I’ll kiss you goodbye and I’ll go on my way
Grateful for all of the years
I thank for all that you gave me
For teaching me what love can do
Thanksgiving day for the rest of my life
I’m thanking the Lord He made you
