1) Warm up lap around the senior center parking lot
2) Mosey to picnic shelter for 10-15-10 pyramid of Left-Right Step Ups, Irkins, Dips, Elevated LBCs, Derkins
3) Mosey to bottom of park parking lot hill for Jacob’s Ladder (Burpees)
4) Mosey to baseball diamond for Rack Em Stack Em (10 Merks, 20 Squats, 30 Carolina Dry Docks, 40 Lunges); Unstack on the way back to home at the end of each round
