On a snowy, blustery January morn, 2 faithful and lonely PAX arrived at Herndon Park for a Thursday beatdown. There was some very pretty and very wet/cold snow for the first 30 minutes.
The Thang:
Run 45 seconds, then:
10 Merkins
10 Squat Jumps
10 Burps
repeat x 5 sets. This took us around the big Tobacco Trail loop once.
Next Thang:
Running intervals: 45 seconds slow, 45 seconds “fast.” This again took us around the big Tobacco Trail loop.
Final Thang:
100 yard jog, 100 yard “sprint”
Then:
10 Jump lunges
10 Peter Parkers
10 Donkey kicks
Repeat x 5
3 minutes of Mary PLUS 3 minutes of Mary
