Three dedicated PAX showed up in the early Saturday gloom for their weekly downpainment while other regulars were otherwise occupied fanning one another and feeding each other grapes at parts unknown.
The Thang:
Run the grassy knoll and circle-up (triangle-up?) for a warmup of SSH, Windmills, Merkins, assorted other stretches and strains.
Mosey over to the brick wall nearby to warm up the legs with 10 box jumps, 10 right-leg step-ups, 10 left-left step-ups, 10 Bulgarian split squats each leg.
Mosey to the Quad for a mini-Murph: Four circuits of 10 Burpees, 20 squats/jump lunges/snowboarders/squats, 20 Merkins (standard grip, wide grip, narrow grip, standard grip), 20 abs (Russian twist, bicycle, froggies, flutters) followed by a run of about 1 minute 30 seconds around the perimeter of the quad.
Mosey to Watts School for four sets of 6 pull-ups/6 hanging crunches. Then to the stage for three sets of 10 clap-merkins/10 mountain climbers.
Then wind our way back for a session of Mary, six exercises, about 20 reps each.
A good time was had by all.
