20 Pax showed up (4 of which did an EC run) on this beautiful and slightly humid morning. Welcome FNG Jeter!!! After our F3 disclaimer, we were off on our run to the opposite parking lot where we threw in some high knees, butt kicks, and karaokes prior to circling up.
Warmup
- Side Straddle Hop – 25 IC
- Good Mornings – 12 IC
- Sir Fazio Arm Circles – 10 IC forwards / 10 IC backwards
- Imperial Walkers – 12 IC
- Mountain Climbers – 20 IC
The Thang
- Staying in our circle we went straight into Global Warming. We shuffled to the right in the Al Gore position until I yelled down, and we did 10 merkins. We then got up and shuffled to the left until I yelled down, and we did 10 more merkins.
- Burpee Dans were up next. We lined up on one side of the parking lot on the curb and did lunges to across to the other curb where we did 1 burpee. When then turned around and did lunges back to start and did 2 burpees. This kept going until we got to 5 burpees.
- Break for Homer to Marge – 20 IC
- 4-Corners Bear Crawls with merkins. We bear crawled across the parking lot to the curb and did one merkin. Side bear crawl one parking spot to the right and one merkin. Crawl Bear back and one merkin. Side bear crawl one parking spot to the left and one merkin. We then reverse the direction and went around again.
- Break for V-Up / Knee Tuck combo – 12 IC
- Bunny Hop Burpees (x 10 OYO): burpees with 2 squat hops forward and 2 squat hops back instead of jumping up out of the pushup.
- Fire Hydrants / Donkey Kicks: On all fours. Bent leg lift to the side and then bent leg lift back and up. 20 IC left leg and 20 IC right leg.
- Break for LBCs – 20 IC
- Side-2-Side Burpees (x 10 OYO): burpees with a jump to the right and then a jump to the left instead of jumping up out of the pushup.
Mosey to pavilion picnic tables and partner up.
- Colonel Trautman. Partner 1 does 10 Abyss Merkins (hands and legs on benches) while P2 runs to playground and does 3 pullups. Continue alternating until both have done a total of 9 pullups and 30 Abyss Merkins.
- Quick 25 dips.

- Balls to Wall – 20 IC
- Hurricane Hoedown – Flutter kicks while sitting and arms above head – 7 IC, flutter kicks sitting on hands and leaning back – 7 IC, flutter kicks while laying down – 7 IC, and flutter kicks in LBC position – 7 IC
- Plank-o-Rama: 5-count around the horn.
