The Thang:

Warmup- SSH, Windmills, Willie Mays Hayes, High Knees, Squats, Arm Circles, Merkins, Mountain Climbers

Recess- Jog over to the playground for a circuit including: Pull-ups on the wheel of misery, upward rows on the swing set, derkins, step ups, and dips. Repeato

School’s in Session- Jog across the street to the parking lot of Chapel Hill High School for the escalator: Round 1: SSH (10 cadence), run around the circular lot. Round 2: SSH, Merkins (10 cadence), run around the parking lot. Round 3: SSH, Merkins, LBC (10 cadence).

Run 4/5 around the lot stopping for a round of Usain Bear Crawls- 1 man bear crawl across the gravelly lot while the rest do an exercise called out by the next man. Exercises included Burpees, Squats, Merkins, Arm Circles, TI Knees, Makhtar N’Diayes. Run back to start to finish the escalator.

Round 4: SSH, Merkins, LBC, 10 Burpees OYO and sprint around the lot.

Finish with Mary- Long Slow Flutter, Russian Hammer, Miley (Dolly), Plankorama
