1/2 Mile Run to the Bell Tower Parking Deck

The Goal: Travel to the top of the deck using various modes of transportation such as Bear Crawls, Traveling Burpees, Crab Walks, Firemen Carries, Sprints, Lunge Walks & Backward Jogs

At the top of each level we alternated between ‘Bows to Toes, Planks & LBCs while everyone finished
