Line up on the field and pair up. Partner 1 runs the length and back while partner 2 does merkins. Team must complete 100 merkins together. Repeat with 100 WWII’s and then repeat with 100 burpees
60 second people’s chair followed by 60 second balls to the wall followed by 45 second people’s chair followed by 45 second balls to the wall
