YHC’s first time at bat at the A-Team AO and although I’ve been there at least once I don’t really have a full grasp of what all is available. Fortunately for YHC there’s a nice lake with a paved 2 mile trail going around it. Pearls on a string? Pearls on a string.

Stacker around the lake. 2 Pax call out an exercise at every quarter mile. At the next Quarter mile so the previous exercises plus the two new ones. If you got to the quarter mile marker quicker than everyone else you had the option to Squat Pulse or run back to the caboose and bring them in.
