In honor of the passing of Movember (or no-shave November), Riggs sported a mustache for this morning’s downpainment, where 4 men braved the cold at Duke East Campus.  Thankfully the lady walkers/runners show up later than 7am or we might have been tempted to join them.  Instead, these 4 PAX attempted the Murph…

The Thang:

Run across the street to an open field…

Mountain climbers x 10
Windmills x 10
SSH x 10

Run through East Campus to where Riggs thought a playground was.  Fate smiles on these faithful 4 and a different playground presents itself…

Pullups x 5
Lunges x 10 (right leg – alternating between forward, side, backward)
Merkins x 10
Lunges x 10 (left leg – alternating between forward, side, backward)

Rinse and repeat x 12

Run to try to find the original playground destination…

Pullups x 5
Lunges x 10 (right leg)
Merkins x 10
Lunges x 10 (left leg)

Repeat x 8

Stagger back to East Campus.  People’s chair with air shoulder press along the way to let everyone catch up.
