Mosey on back to the quad

Moleskin:
– Hanging curl ups followed by pullups was a brutal combination…really a crowd pleaser
– Speaking of crowd pleasers, bear crawls were met by more than a few groans
– The initial plan was to do another pyramid at the playground (thinking of renaming this the PAINground), but we ran out of time…there was much rejoicing about this
– Future ark loaders probably need to be done at the quad where there aren’t as many sticks, acorns, and other naturally sharp objects to tear up the hands while doing bear crawls
