The Thang:

Mosey over to bus loop.

Split location (odds-evens to split trips to Location 1, Home for 5 burpees, Location 2, Home for 5 burpees):

Location 1: 20 Prisoner Squats, then next trip 15 Hand Release Merkins, then 10 Diamond Merkins

Location 2: 20 Carolina Dry Docs, then next trip 15 Monkey Humpers then 10 WWII situps

PAX follow YHC for as follows: run, 20 urkins, 20 , run PTL with star jump at tips, run, rails x3, bear crawl x3

Rock work: 20 rock curls, 20 OH press, 20 BORs, 20 rock squats, repeat

Mary: LBCs, flutterkicks, AH, Plank
