5:00am rolled around pretty early this morning, but that didn’t deter 6 faithful from braving the gloom.  The morning started with Riggs unveiling the instruments of torture (i.e. some concrete pavers from his backyard…sorry MRiggs, they’ll be back by this evening).

COT

Moleskin:
tclaps to Nurse for suggesting a Thursday AM Thanksgiving workout and for a few notable suggestions for Durham F3 lexicon:
– Curl presses shall now be known in Durham F3 as “top-shelfing,” a practice occasionally seen in Indiana frat houses
– Burpees should be called “Cameron Crazies” – not sure about this one…

tclaps to Floyd, Dream Catcher, and Doogie for being the stallwarts of the Durham F3.  Floyd was sitting in his car doing LBCs by the time I got there, and Dream Catcher and Doogie were close behind

tclaps to Lucky Strike for showing up at 5am when he probably would otherwise have to be up at 10am
